Product arrived with the wrong part so could not be put together. Rang the Australian customer service number during the advertised available hours on the website to find that this was diverting to another time zone, and it was outside their service hours. Contacted the online chat and the service was appalling, kept asking the same questions that I had already answered and all it wanted to do was to disconnect the chat. Followed up with a feedback email advising how bad the process was, and a month later still don't have a response. Apparently, the correct part is being sent to me and that it could take 3-4 weeks prior to shipping. No further updates or correspondence. I just have useless parts gathering dust and incessant marketing emails trying to sell me more products. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

We sell shirts with our logo on them to library visitors and the old rack was falling apart, too low to really show off the merchandise and did not hold a decent number of shirts. The new rack is sturdy, attractive, holds twice as many shirts and shows off the merchandise exceptionally well. So glad I bought it for the Friends of the Library.

questa è della è bellissima, super estetica! il materiale è molto buono e robusto, la felpa è stabile anche quando è piena di vestiti! il colore è nero opaco ed è stupenda. Il ripiano sotto è molto comodo per appoggiare scarpe e borse. Inoltre per me il fatto che non abbia le rotelle è un valore aggiunto in quanto non mi piacciono.. il prezzo è più che giusto! la consiglio vivamente

This is very heavy duty and durable! Better than any other I have tried! It is spacious and expands ! Wheels are very durable as well! Would highly recommend this to anyone needing extra gaging space!

It was easy to assemble. The wheels are a bit smaller than I hoped for, but they roll fine as long as you don't hit a pebble or a zip tie. The top bar is two pieces that slide into each other (I am used to a solid bar), but so far, it has held up fine. A little more triangle bracing would have been a nice touch. I have loaded several with over 200 pounds of table linens and they function well. I would buy again if I needed more.

My wife loves it it is always in use.she was so happy to get something that had wheels on it..opens alot of possible uses

Really pleased with this clothing rack, it’s light to move around but still sturdy. It was very easy to assemble (I didn’t have any issues with the smaller screws and holes like some of the other reviews). Bottom rack is only really designed for shoes or light bags probably wouldn’t take too many heavy items. But perfectly fitted my needs. It’s matt black in colour so looks very smart and great in a teenage boys room. Good value for the money. Would recommend and would purchase again.
