Great Product! We us it to do fruits in chocolate and it is easy to use, not heavy , easy to clean and the 3 compartment are very helpfull to do lots at the same time!

Bought this machine to help save time with my home confection business. Works great, but cosmetically the machine was really beat up with scratches, dents, and chips to the outer shell. This is the first time using a machine for chocolate tempering and was a great purchase, just wished the exterior matched the quality of the product. Maybe I missed Tim the description if this was a refurbished item, but that was disappointing when I opened the box!

this works well and it allows you to make chocolate candies and cookies dipped in it with easy. Just add the chocolate morsels which melt faster than a candy bar, and then start being creative.

I had a party of 25 people and I needed to make life easier on myself and I kept butter melted for bread and for cornbread. Everybody was able to help themselves and I was able to spend more time with my company. A little thing like that means an awful lot when you are entertaining. I plan to purchase two more

This machine is very efficient and saves us a lot of time.

It works perfectly and temp control is very sensitive allowing you to make very fine temp adjustments. My only complaint, I wish electrical cord came out back instead of front.

i bought this for my girlfriend for Valentine gift she requested . She was using just one chocolate melting pot for variety of different chocolate colors to cover and design Strawberries, So she wanted a melting pot that she could use for less time consuming. I purchase the 6 pot melt and my girlfriends been able to save time. She uses it during certain holidays Valentine day Mother day, Fathers day. Christmas . Birthdays, Events making chocolate strawberries she sells sometimes other times for her family and or Friends. She like the 6 pot melt it's rather large so sometime she uses her 1 pot melt but overall its very useful when needed. She been having this now for three years.

Used it for the first time yesterday and LOVED it, set it on 45 degrees C and chocolate was perfect. Now that I can control the temp, I believe I will use less chocolate when dipping my candies.
