Product is mainly a chocolate warme, it does hold temp of chocolate well and is easy to use. Arrived in timely manner.

Works great since our purchase 6 months ago. Good quality never had issues!

This melted the chocolate good and held it at the desired temperature. It worked well for what I was needing it for.

I was able to temper chocolate with this melter using the seeding method, a thermometer and a lot of elbow grease. I knew that when I bought it. Since purchased the Chocovision Rev2. LOVE IT. Takes the grunt work out of chocolate making. It’s pricey but it actually tempers the chocolate. Save the $100 on this melter and spend it on the Chocovision Rev2. I will repurpose this for a steam tray for dinner parties.

I have only used it once and it works as advertised. I did have a puddle underneath it when finished though. I will have to investigate for leaks or if I caused the puddle next time I use it. But it does melt chocolate. Once I tempered the chocolate outside of the machine, I was able to hold it at working temperature with occasional stirring. Overall I am pleased with the product.

Haven't used it yet as it was a Christmas present however it appears to be everything it was advertised to be

i really like this - it's large so you can add bigger items (whole apples) - can set the temperature so you can use different ingredients - enjoy making desserts with this machine - thank you!

Heats up quick! Easy set up definitely recommend. Not to heavy doesn’t take up much room. Quiet great size
