Je l’ai utilisée pour la fabrication de chocolats pour Noël. L’appareil est fiable pour les températures de tablage du chocolat. Bon investissement, je le recommande à tous ceux et celles qui se lancent ou débutent dans la fabrication de chocolats.

Looks good and well presented. The only reason I have given it 3 stars is because it comes with a massive 15amp plug so I have to buy an adaptor for it. Been sitting there for a few weeks haven’t popped down to Bunnings yet to get the plug. Electrician said the watts are not high. No spare 15amp socket for it

Product is mainly a chocolate warme, it does hold temp of chocolate well and is easy to use. Arrived in timely manner.

This melted the chocolate good and held it at the desired temperature. It worked well for what I was needing it for.

I was able to temper chocolate with this melter using the seeding method, a thermometer and a lot of elbow grease. I knew that when I bought it. Since purchased the Chocovision Rev2. LOVE IT. Takes the grunt work out of chocolate making. It’s pricey but it actually tempers the chocolate. Save the $100 on this melter and spend it on the Chocovision Rev2. I will repurpose this for a steam tray for dinner parties.

Got this for my wife for Valentine's day. Figured it would be the \"gift that keeps giving\" chocolate.. lol.. With the size, and me not being able to keep a secret, she received it last night. Easy to operate, and even easier to clean. No more big pots and bowls to deal with. Just 2 little restaurant grade square containers. Very happy. PS: I found a little digital candy thermometer for less than 10$ too here on Amazon. Was a great little addition.

I have only used it once and it works as advertised. I did have a puddle underneath it when finished though. I will have to investigate for leaks or if I caused the puddle next time I use it. But it does melt chocolate. Once I tempered the chocolate outside of the machine, I was able to hold it at working temperature with occasional stirring. Overall I am pleased with the product.
