I installed the chimney cap about 4-5 months ago. Easy to install. Nothing too complicated. Works as intended. I haven't used our fireplace for a few months, but when I did, the fire started up pretty quickly.

This chimney cap was just what I needed to complete the rebuild of an outbuilding chimney I use for a wood stove. It installed easily.

Have not installed yet but it should work fine. Will have to drill new holes in chimney pipe because design is slightly different from the existing cap.

At present I have a directional chimney cap, whilst it is a beautiful looking unit it can be quite noisy. The cap I've bought is yet to be fitted but I'm happy with it, sturdy stainless steel with bird net fitted under the cap, no sharp pieces very well made.

I am very pleased with this product. They took extra time to ship the item properly so it was not damaged in transit. The metal is thicker than I thought it was going to be. It works great!
