Really worth getting compared to others. Well constructed andvery sturdy. That strength comes with a fairly heavy body weight. It is much quieter than I expected. Very impressive in the way it works. We are now finding new ways to use it on a nearly daily basis. We are simple off-gridders but have found a full time home for it in the laundry. Thankyou VEVOR, well done. : )

This is my 1st chamber vacuum sealer so I can't compare it to anything else but I do not see how I could have gotten anything better. The machine is very solidly built from quality components, the price was extremely attractive, shipping was very fast and it just works. I am very happy with my purchase of this machine.

Found this vacuum chamber and decided to try it out had high hopes. The vacuum chamber did not function correctly out of the box even though all instructions followed and I made sure oil was added to vacuum pump before first operation. Contacted vevor who has been giving me a run around on replacing the machine. They have tried to offer me small amounts of money that they say is for repair cost. Being a brand new machine that did not function out of the box they should replace it. Customer service is terrible and they don't stand by their products. Spend more on a good company that will stand by their products.

Compared to external vacuum sealers this thing is a steal of a deal! Comparable price to cheaper designs but built for the big league ppl. Ideal for hunters.

It works well and seems to be well made, seals quickly, and holds a good amount of food to seal. Time will tell if it will hold up to use. I'm not a heavy user, so I expect it will last a long time.

Snagged this vacuum sealer during a sale for around $180, and at that price, it’s an excellent value. Upon unboxing, I noticed the sharp edges, flimsy metal but substantial weight, which initially made me skeptical about its performance. However, after adding oil and running a test cycle, my doubts vanished. Compared to lower-end models like the Food Saver (which I’ve found underwhelming) and even the pricier professional-grade machines I use in commercial kitchens, this unit holds its own! It handles both dry and moist foods effortlessly, and the seals are flawless. My only gripes are the dark-colored cover, which makes it tricky to monitor the sealing process, and the chamber size—it’s just a bit too compact for larger bags. For the cost and home use, it’s a standout performer!

Not only was the delivery delayed several weeks, their extremely hard to contact poor customer service made it crystal clear that I probably wouldn’t make any future purchases from them. So difficult in fact that I was looking into filing a small court claim by the time it arrived. There was no damage to the packaging but none of the control buttons would respond when plugged in. Then Vevor wouldn’t allow a return until I sent them required photos of the problem. Not only was it the most ignorant thing ever to require a photo of non-responsive button pressing issue, but they also wanted it in some weird format and the appeal process kept denying the photo, and video. Eventually after another week or so of not being able to actually talk to anyone on the phone, they agreed to refund around $200. Yeah, some educated idiot thought that it would be fair that I get two thirds of a refund for a defective product. So after threatening to follow up with a small courts claim and a YouTube video review of the entire process, they basically said, we’re not replacing your machine. Here’s all of your money back, you can do whatever you want with the broken one. My son and I have bought several items from Them before and we were honestly both huge Vevor fans. This experience definitely changed all of that. My suggestion is to make an attempt to contact them before making any big purchases and see how that goes. But if you think that somebody in customer service is just a phone call away to help you out, that’s not gonna happen! Its all text chat that takes them a day to respond to and then they’ll forward the information to another team that also takes days to respond. It’s absolutely brutal and I would suggest finding another company that actually runs a business with real customer service support. Zero stars wasn’t an option or that’s what I would have given.

Purchased recently, front buttons are temperamental, sometimes works sometimes dont. I reached out to VEVOR for a warranty & or exchange 4 days ago, will see what happens...

Works as described, soups, chili, ground pork etc. Bags are so clear a date is all that needs to be added on bag. Quite heavy so find a good place for it.
