This thing is built sturdy, way more than I expected. Haven't actually used it yet, but I'm sure it will do fine. Good value and really quick shipping.

Great value lever hoist. Took a while to get used to how the clutch and rachet mechanism operation. For people having trouble it will help to have the device under a reasonable load like 50+kg due to the way the mechanism works. It can be difficult to unlock the clutch when going from forward to reverse or freewheel especially after heavy lifting the clutch can get very tight and be difficult to unlock. People not used to this are likely to have trouble working out how to operate this unit. The more expensive brand ones i have used in the past are more user friendly have better controls and easy to operate have but cost like 4 times as much. This one does the job well enough for occasional use or if your on a budget. The long chain turned out to be quite handy.

Bigger and heavier than I thought but because of the hurricane I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Will update when I use it.

Good quality for the price. Already paid for itself saving me in difficult situations in my business activities moving heavy objects in difficult areas.

I do think that the 20ft chain its worth the money. But i didnt wanted to spend another $50. Center is 12" . and the hadle 15". Its about 50lbs . so you may neeed to use both hands when in use . The chain has some small defects i dont know if this will affect the integrity of the chain in the long run. !?
