Really like how straightforward this was to put together, and how they provided a screwdriver and sandpaper to clean up the rough edges. It definitely does need sanding, but it took maybe an hour to sand, between the wheel and the base. I was also VERY thorough. One note: when fitting together the 3 sections of the wheel, it does take some maneuvering and a little force to snap the last joint together. I have no arm strength, so don't worry, but definitely anticipate a little extra effort at that step. The velcro holds the carpet on very well, and holds up to their claws catching or pulling. The wheel is also pretty quiet for how big it is, and will probably be even better if/when I lubricate it. Some people also mentioned adding some soundproofing foam underneath to dampen as well. I honestly should've also sprung for the next size up, our 10lb boys can both run comfortably, but they're right at the edge of being too big for it.
