The carrier design is well thought out, and the materials and build quality look sturdy for the price. Assembly was quick with good instructions. Many ways to get your pet into the carrier with a lot of space and good ventilation. It can be folded up reasonably compactly for storage. It had a slight chemical smell when taken out of the box but hopefully that will dissipate in a few days. I'm going to use some paper clips to hold the zippers closed so my cat can't escape. I can't say how durable it will be since I just got it. Big question is if my cat will tolerate being in it.

Great size and plenty of room for my cat

I have been looking this style for a while and this was exactly what I wanted and more for about $30 less then what I have seen that was close. Only complaint and caution to other buyers is I have trouble with this brands zippers. If they are ot lined up right they get stuck. I had this problem with a tent from Vevor and this pet carrier. Price differce is worth the difference to me. It worked perfect for our cat.

This wheeled carrier is sturdy and easy to assemble, stores flat. Even includes a collapsible food/water bowl. The 35lb size DOES have ventilation \"windows\" on all four sides and above as well as several openings to stuff my monster into. He is not good with other dogs, he thinks he is a Bull Mastiff at 25lbs. so I have to sit with him in the car and get rushed into an exam room. I have tried classes, de-sensitizing him with trips to the pet store...and this is just easier for both of us. The trick is to get them used to the carrier BEFORE you need to use it. If your pet is food motivated as mine is, take it off the wheeled base and throw treats one at a time near it and into it when they are hungry, like right before dinner. They will jump in so fast for the treat they won't have time to be scared of the new box with zippers. Next is to make a game of wheeling them around in the house. After that, no problem, just DO NOT only put them in it when they are going to the vet or they will run from it. Make it a treat experience even to just go wheeling around the kitchen. It is perfect for those of us with crazy or ailing pets, will make trips much easier on both you and your pet....

I bought this because it was airline size, and has wheels.. I plan to take my small dog with me on an upcoming flight. I wanted the wheels because I have a connecting flight and I didn't want to have to deal with caring her through the airport. Quality seems great! This was a much better price than most carriers that looked very similar.

This was very easy to assemble. The only negative thing I could say about it is that the inner liner seems to be a little bit too long. It doesn't prevent anything from working properly, it just makes it a little harder to zip up the front opening. The instructions are also missing clarification about whether that inner liner goes outside of the side opening mesh or inside. But in the company's defense, it does appear to be a bit of a logical conclusion once you look at it. The liner must sit outside of the mesh so that the entire inner shell is velvet lining and it holds back the mesh from intruding into the shell. I love that the top zips open to let my pet poke her head up. I have a Chiweenie and she is a bit long for this carrier, but if she sits it works perfectly. But that does mean that her head comes out of the shell, so having this opening is wonderful. I appreciate the pocket that sits in the back by the telescoping handle, but I'd much rather have had mesh for my pet to see out of. If the pet walks in straight, they would have to turn around inside the shell and unless you extend the sides, there's not enough room for her to do that. The sides can only be extended when the carrier is off the wheeled platform and sitting flat on the floor. Trying to put the carrier back on the wheels with the Velcro holders is impossible to do correctly with the pet sitting inside the carrier. But I suppose the weight of the pet would keep it in place for the most part even if the Velcro was not applied perfectly. I still love it regardless of the small points. I haven't really used it out and about town yet, so it could be that I will figure out common sense solutions to the Velcro issue. At this point, I think using it so that you take the pet on and off the wheels repeatedly would be an exercise in frustration. Make a choice and stick with that. I would highly recommend this! I purchased this because my dog jumped off the bed and hurt herself. While she heals, it causes

it arrived on time. at first, I thought it was a box with tools on it, it says tools on the side and I though it was for someone else. however, that is the company's name. the product is high quality and I can't wait to use it for the vets office.

Perfect for my cat to make easier trips. Great for small dog. Well vented easy to wipe down to clean. I’d buy again

The quality is better then I expected. It rolls easily and easy to convert off the cart.
