Disliked nothing. Liked everything.

My cat loves this and hops in whenever she feels threatened. Perfect for 9 hour flight.

One I figured out how to put it together. I love it. Comes in a flat box. Nice to take the cats to the vet's office in so I'm not lugging a large carrier.

The instructions on how to attach the bag had me confused. I felt it should had been more detail. I had to go to Utube for help . The wheel stand is strong , the bag is great . I love the unit but assembly was extremely hard .

Love it-great when travelling as I have back issues ad this makes travelling with my doguch easier

OMG I love this thing. Best investment I ever made and my dog. Oh, she loves it. I do recommend that you take the wheels off before you board the airplane because it will not go under the seat with the wheels . Going through the airport all I have is her and my backpack. I just push her straight through. Don’t have to carry the carrier nothing. You’re out walking around shaking walk or you gonna push herI promise you’re gonna love it!!!

My cats and I love these carriers! Perfect size for my 11lbs and 20lbs cats. It made traveling through the airport and flying so much easier. The wheels are sturdy and roll smoothly. Best part, the wheels are detachable making under seat storage during flights super easy. I flew jet blue and carriers fit under the seats without a problem. The expandable sides collapse easily and don’t cave in on your pets because of the adjustable mat/liner that adds structure (Velcro on 1 size, soft/plush material on the other). Great quality for the price, I highly recommend getting this.

I couldn’t not easily carry my 25lb dog in my shoulder with this bag. Pup kept sliding around when I needed to carry the bag. This is better meant for staying on the wheeled pulley wagon. Very spacious and good quality.
