The very sketchy included instructions were nearly unintelligible (thank you, China!). Once I decided to completely ignore them, I popped the 4 wheels on in less than 1 minute, velcro’d the carrier to the cart (2 Velcro sleeves, not 3 as stated in the description, but seems snug) and was ready to roll. Rolls and maneuvers very smoothly, plenty of room for my biggest 15# cat. This will make vet visits MUCH easier for me - yay! My only functional criticism is that I wish at least 2 of the wheels locked, preventing the unit from swiveling when placing a cat into/out of the carrier and keeping it from rolling in the car. Not a deal-breaker, though.. Fabric and rubberized mesh seem very sturdy.

This pet carrier is easy to use and looks nice. I take my cat to his vet appointments in it.

This was delivered very quickly, Very easy to assemble. And my cats love it. Two twelve pound cats fit nicely. We have four cats so I will be ordering another one.

Toby weighed 18 pounds and about 3 feet long. He fit the carrier with room to move around. It was easy to transport and roll around the veterinary. Much lighter than my old plastic carriers. The veterinary staff even liked it. It folds up mostly flat for easy storage. I only use carriers to take my cats to the vet for shots, etc. I haven't traveled with this carrier and don't plan on any airline or other travel usage. I only have one caution. It takes a minute to zip the door closed. A highly rambunctious cat should be burrito-bundled in a towel or blanket with this carrier. Overall, an excellent purchase.

Awesome casters very easy to push and pull.

This is lightweight but sturdy. I was concerns that our dog would be too big for it, turns out it’s a perfect size. It’s easy to use too. The Velcro is a bit too noisy for our timid dog but it works well getting the carrier it on and off the frame quickly. The sides open for better ventilation and room, great feature.

I was pleasantly surprised at the airport when.it glided to easily. It fut perfect under seat at Southwest. Easy to take the wheels and base off. This is a keeper!

I absolutely love this product! I was worried that it might be hard to put together and that it wasn't going to be big enough but it's absolutely perfect and all I had to do was pop the wheels on. I would definitely recommend anyone who I know that needs something like this to buy this product!
