AI customer service

the product is good. the shipping packaging caused a tear in the canopy. Could not get past being on' hold' to talk a person. Resorted to the website online chat. obviously it was not a person. went back and for two weeks to get any type of resolution. I accepted the resolution suggested by the AI chatbox, but it was barely acceptable i will be hesitate to buy from this place again
