I was looking at cheap awnings and didn't think a cheap roof top one like this was available. Im glad to say this isn't a scam and is a legit awning. I was sketched out because there was no reviews, so I'll make the first one to show my satisfaction.

I use this on the side of an enclosed trailer and it works great to block out the sun. It's easy to put up if the wind gets crazy. Easy to set up and take down. I would recommend it.

I got this back in January so I didn’t really get a chance to try this to out until a few weeks ago. I’m glad I have this during the start of the spring and summer seasons because I see a lot of use from this. I love to go to parks and grill out. We are lucky in my area because we have a number parks that have grills and tables. What is nice about this is being able to have an area with shade when needed. This is easy to set up. Takes about 10 minutes give or take. It is easiest with at least two people. Just helps get this set up faster. It works great with my Subaru Outback. It is easy to set it up with my hatch open or closed. Not only can I use this as a sun shade, but it is great if it looks like it is about to rain. I’m looking forward to getting more use out of it now that we are spending more time outdoors. I’ll update the review with details and photos as I get more use and can really discuss the features.

Perfect for anything you want to do out of the back of an SUV. We go camping a lot and sometimes we are just not able to find the shade we were hoping for. This allows us to expand our camping area to the back of my car but we have also used it tailgating and to a kids soccer game. We plan to bring it along for any trips in the SUV when things are sunny and we may be opening the back for seating and a safe space for the kids to play off the ground.

This is a really good awening for the price I paid. It's not the easiest thing to set up with just one person but it can certainly be done. They have done a good job of upgrading the Poles and hinge points so they look like they will hold up really well. If you want to get rid of the billboard advertising Vevor on the cover just take a rag with a little acetone on it and wipe it gently until all the ink is gone. Don't go overboard though as it will melt the rubber on the cover.

One of the biggest things I hate in the summer when I am fishing is the hot sun beating down on my back while I'm sitting there. I am not a huge fan of the sun so thought this would be a great addition to my gear! I was right. It is easy to set up, takes minutes with the assistance of my wife but didn't seem like it would be too difficult by myself. There was easily enough room for 2 to sit under and enjoy a nice afternoon without getting overly sunburnt. I was skeptical if it would be worth the asking price but after using it twice I am pleased with it and would probably order another in the future.

This is nice budget car side awning, but you need to make sure it will fit on your vehicle's roof rack (unless you're comfortable drilling holes to fit the adaptor). It comes with 2 \"L\" brackets that attach to the awning. It is heavy and large, so you may want to get some help installing it. Once it's installed, it's fairly good quality, but make sure you have reasonable expectations. It's not perfect, but it seems durable enough to last for a few years at least. I like the waterproof bag that it folds up into. It has a giant logo and text on the side though that I'm not a huge fan of. Overall all it's pretty good for a car awning, however, it doesn't fit on every vehicle.
