It is plastic and heavy. You probably have to do something stupid to break the thing or try one. It does what it is supposed to do if you do what you are supposed to do. Buttons are tiny and the circle cutter will work but it is junk, not accurate, its like my uncle used to say "I think I'll tape a dollar to it and throw it away". Glad they do not say it has a value or you'd want your money back.
Metal back buttons will have less problems if graphics are on thinner paper. I have made plastic back buttons with graphics on stock I could not use successfully with metal backs, although some failed I don't think you can expect 100% every time because of possible operator error.
These buttons are about the size of a man's thumb nail, is that big enough for you?
