Didnt have to wait too long. Easy to put together, but those were some dirty allen keys provided! My 8yo daughter could work it on her own once we figured it out. The edges of the base are a little sharp, so just be careful when you're starting out. It still requires some counterbalance when pressing down the lever, but it's fairly straightforward to use otherwise. The cutter it came with is absolute rubbish though. Bought a separate 1.25" paper puncher which was waaaayyyy worth its minimal cost.Works well with cute gift wrapping paper, and "angpow" aka Chinese red packets. (We were on an eco-friendly drive and these were all donated.) The girls at the school carnival really really loved how they could customise their own button badges. Even the parent volunteers loved how easy it was! Some of the hooks and the metal discs were slightly faulty but out of our 1000pcs, those were a minimum. Maybe 5 to 10?The other small thing to note is that you should align your hook (the back part of the badge) such that the design on the button badge sits in the correct direction, so that when it's pinned on, it's not upside down or at some odd angle.
