Received the product in and followed the instructions. Went to use the cable and it’s not operating correctly. I contacted customer support and had to wait for them to reply when they think it’s convenient. I’ve sent a video and pictures. The reply is we are investigating. I just want to return this and get my money back. I tried to upload the video but I get an error message.

Bought two of these. One the top of the gearbox somehow broke off, disconnecting it from the main part. Both have very flimsy connection from handle rod into frame, having the handle rod constantly flexing. I know spreaders are not cheap in general, but don't waste money on this.

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!! It is listed as a 60lb but it barely holds 40lb. The wheels would not spin, which is how the salt gets spread around. It would not spin at all, making it useless. I would like to know how I can return this item!!!!
