It cut 2 nails, little or no wffort

Used to cut chain

Got these to cut nails from pallets. The cutting edges align and seem to be unaffected by the tough steel nails from pallets. I like the handle shape and the rubber is the old school type that seems like it will last, and if they do fail, the bare metal will probably serve just as well, unlike others I could have gone with.

I bought this to break off a luggage padlock for which the key was lost. This worked just fine for that, and on several thicker wires. Has not been tested on thicker bolts yet.

I have found that the cutting sissors only open wide enough for 9 or 10 gauge wire, but it will cut it through even if it is highly tempered steel. Works and cuts on welded wire fencing and steel wire rolls. I have not used it on small diameter bolts.

The seller did not provide a tax invoice for the item. It would be helpful if they did, especially for tradesmen in Australia. The item I purchased is not bad at all.

Very good tool for cutting screws and nails if you don't want to wear down the cutting edges of your pliers.
