Heater arrived dead on arrival - will not power on regardless of power supply or battery (all 12v and 15-20amps). Support won't process a return without proof, but all I can show is that it doesn't power on.

Bought the diesel heater filled it up hooked it up to a 12volt battery turned it on and heard a poof and that’s it it won’t do anything? What can I check ?

Great heater. I've installed it in my van. It's performed well from 150 ft. to 7,659 ft. The altitude indicator is fairly accurate, with in 100ft.

ottimo prodotto, collaudato all'interno di un locale di 80 mq. in via di ristrutturazione, non credevo riuscisse ad aumentare la temperatura visto la potenza ed invece riesce ad aumentare la temperatura da 7 gradi a 10 dopo 4 ore fino ad arrivare dopo altre 4 ore a 14 gradi, creando un ambiente confortevole per lavorare (potenza a 7). consigliatissimo per ambienti piccoli che al minimo della potenza credo arrivi a temperature più che confortevoli e consumi veramente bassi visto che dopo 8 ore alla potenza di 7 (quindi quasi al max) consuma circa 4 l. - 4,5 l bisogna capire la durata ma per il momento ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Won't start on a 10amp outlet needs 15amp so a120ac adapter to 12 v dc does the trick works fine straight off a12v auto battery so if you want to run it on house current get the adapter

Got a thru hull exhaust pipe and works great for through a garage door. Could use a permanent power supply versus buying one but is good besides that.

Awesome little heater. Illustration was a little misleading. To install in a car or truck you will need to drill holes to the exterior for the exhaust that gets extremely hot.

These work well heating the garage for our washer and dryer. I also use these in my outdoor 18x32 enclosed carport in the winter.

Love the heater. Use it in my detached garage/shed. Heats things up quickly and sips fuel. Not sure I fully understand all of the options on it fully (manual leaves a bit to desire) but when I turn it on it pumps the heat out!
