The product itself was great, the only thing I could hope for is a tighter fit of the shelf collars around the center rod, to prevent the little amount of tilt in the shelves.

I bought this "Lazy Susan" to replace a plastic one that I had for many years and was starting to fall apart. I noticed that there were less expensive metal ones, but from looking at the pictures they seemed to be a bit thin. I wanted something that was thick and sturdy. This provided me with just what I was looking for. Just be sure to measure carefully, this fit perfectly. Any bigger and it wouldn't have fit in the space I had, and any smaller and it would have looked weird.

Definitely seems professional restaurant grade. Super strong and smooth to turn, even when fully loaded with cast iron pots. No step by step installation instructions, but figured it out. A major improvement to our dead spaces. We have multiple corner cabinets in our kitchen and bought one of these to see how we liked it. Loved it so much the first day, that we just installed a second one in the other corner. Seems like they will probably outlast the cabinet they are mounted in.

It was surprising how easy it was to install but even better was seeing how sturdy it was. The plastic trays on my last lazy susan broke under the weight of too much rice, flour etc.

Mine's been installed for just about a year now, and I love it. Despite being loaded with lots of heavy stuff, it moves freely and does not sag. I love the clean look of the wire, as opposed to a solid surface. The price on Walmart was about half of what it sells for elsewhere.

Plusses: won't crack like the plastic models; easy to install; looks very nice and modern Minuses: tall thin items will not stand well due to the gaps between the coils; mechanics are not heavy duty.

Great price point and quick shipment. Packaging safeguards could be a bit more robust considering what is in the box is metal and heavy. I let the seller know and they replied immediately with steps to correct it for future orders. Definitely would buy from them again.

I bought the wrong size and they basically made it impossible to return, although I called before ordering and the said I can return it if I pay postage. They didn't want it back and now I have 2 that I can't use. They did give me a partial refund but it seems a waste.

This is absolutely perfect for my corner cabinet. No longer have to go digging for things in the cabinet or in the pantry. Just spin it around on your finger and tah dah! Everything at your fingertips. The only thing we had it in the cabinet to make it much easier was one of those stick on LED lights so you could just pop it on and see what you had in there!
