I was expecting much less when my conveyor arrived. It is packaged really well. So nothing was damaged. I had it assembled in about 5 minutes. It included tools to assemble it. The belt is 7-9/16 wide and variable speed. Perfect for my application. THe whole thing is just short of 5 feet in length. It will not move any weight at low speeds so don't get your hopes up there. I am using it to move a line of wine bottles. Chain drive but no keys in the sprockets. They instead used allen screws into the keyway on the drive roller. I imagine that will fail first but I can broach the sprocket on the other side and it will be as good as new. The motor and controller are very good light duty controls. The Drive roller bearings are open and the idler roll bearings are sealed. The chain is very small metric. But it can be repaired easily so it is a long term usage product. Bearings would be easy to replace, chain easy to replace, sprockets and rollers availabble from McMaster or Grainger and probably many other suppliers.
