Well made. Easy to assemble.

This is one medium sized broad box, not a typical Langstroth deep. There are ten small cell, black plastic foundations that are covered in a thin layer of beeswax. I had better success with the small cell but I switched to all natural beeswax foundations because I noticed that one of my hives was not filling out the black foundation completely. Not all of my hives behaved that way so it's just trial and error which foundation you and the bees like to work with.

Compared to the many hive boxes I have purchased, these boxes with frames are an amazing bargain!!! Fast Delivery, Easy to assemble, no painting required, no waxjng of foundation required! Great for viewing your bees with minimal disturbance, i will continue to buy these hives as long as they are available!

This is a small beehive box with 10 frames that is perfect for beginners. Assembly of the product is required. The wood is natural cedar wood. It should last a long time compared to pine wood. I received the single 10-frame box. Comes well-packaged in a cardboard box.

You do need to assemble this brood box yourself, however, doing so took me less than one hour. Keep in mind this is only the brood box and you will need more than this to begin your journey with bees. The craftsmanship is very high quality. It has a transparent window to see what the buzz is all about. It’s functional and bees will be pleased.

Soooo many bad reviews saying \"it's not a complete unit\"... Do your dang homework folks. It's a SUPER UNIT. It's NOT SUPPOSED to have a floor (base) or a top (roof). A Super Unit goes on top of a BROOD HIVE. The Brood hive has a base. And since you remove the roof of the brood hive to place.the SUPER HIVE on top of it.... you then put the Brood Hive roof on top of the Super Hive. Bad reviews over customer ignorance is just silly.

Looks great and was easy to put together (it took about an hour or so). Time will tell whether the bees like it as much as I do.

Nice quality and fantastic looking hives. Frames needed to be tacked together would have been nice to be provided the nails
