I used this over the toilet when I had my knee replacement. It was perfect

I originally got it as an emergency potty for cold and flu, with so many people in a one-bath home who might not be able to wait a turn with a nasty strain comes through. We ended up needing it a lot sooner when one of our family members needed ankle surgery and could not make it up and down the stairs to the second floor during recovery. It takes up quite a bit of room, but it was a lifesaver! The bucket was easy to line and clean, and it was incredibly secure. Everything on it, from the seat panels to the frame, is strong and secure. There were no concerns that it couldn't hold up.

I absouetly almost everything about this pitty chair by one thing is driving me crazy the right handle doesn’t stay locked so you can shove it down just trying to set down then you have to pull it up to relock but never trust it cause it can do it maybe not that time but it will do it again. I’m not going to take apart and send back as I need it . Just will be more careful buying next time. The atm unlocking on it own can be a danger to us elderly folks. I have to know to tie a scarf around that arm as it tried to get me in the floor a few times.

Unfortunately I was able to use this for my husband before his passing. However I did put it together and donated it to someone who's parent needed it. I found that it was easy to put together and that it is a sturdy piece. I like that the pot slides out for easy dumping and cleaning. I know that the person I gifted it to was very appreciative of it as it has made life a bit easier for them to care for their parent.

I bought this for my dad to use in his room. It was very stable and had enough room for him to sit comfortably. Very easy clean up if you purchase the small liner bags. It was really helpful but you will need a room with space if you are using in a bedroom or you will have to move it around a lot.

It works so much better than a standard toilet seat. Even though it is said to be for larger people, it works best when using the slider board.

This is a very wide toilet, more than I actually need. But it appealed to me because of the solid bench seat. No pinching, very sturdy! Well constructed. It feels very secure and comfortable to use. Worth every penny for me.
