I weigh about 215 lbs currently. This thing holds me up over my lifted Duramax, which is about 5' 4\" just to top of the grill. It has plenty of height left, it can go quite a bit higher. I bought this one for that reason. I was afraid shorter ones wouldn't reach up over the engine bay on my truck. My wife disappears when she walks in front of my truck, so I knew I needed reach. The padding is ok, but mine was damaged when it got here. Also comes with terrible instructions, so I had to figure out on my own where all the bolts went. Prepare to be super frustrated! Once together, it's actually pretty sturdy. Once I have it rolled up to the truck at the right height and the wheels locked, it feels pretty good. I don't like the wheels themselves. They're a hard plastic that I feel has poor grip. It can wiggle around when you're on top of it. The locks are pretty easy to actuate, so that part is nice. I just wish they gripped the ground a little better. That said, I have full confidence in it after using it for a while. It holds me over the engine with no problem. Again, padding could be better. We're not designed to have all of our weight on our chest for extended periods. This sure feels better than the steel fender. Leaning on the fender left my chest hurting for days! I like the pouch for tools. It can be helpful, but can also be a pain to get stuff in and out of when you're laying close down on the engine. The stand rolls easy, and can be stored folded up to take up less space. It's a real life saver when you've got to work in an engine bay on hard to reach stuff. I'm super happy to have it. I don't really know how I lived without it for so long.
