I used for the first time today on my 2006 Honda CRV for decarbonization and injector cleaning. It worked very well but...before I could put it to use I had to dismantle the threaded coupling and run a Snap on tool M8 re-threader die thru it. The thread quality was poor, as if manufactured with a dull tool at the factory or plated and the plating was clogging the threads, either way a quick run thru with the re-threader die, re-assempled coupling and it worked great. The other item of modification was removing the male side quick coupling and putting on a USA standard one to match the air hose couplings I use in my shop. They had the fitting glued in and I had to carefully use two wrenches, one on the fitting and one on the metal above the pressure regulator, so as not to break the plastic the regulator is made of. I first ran gasoline in it back into the gas can while not connected to the car, to ensure no metal or debris from the factory in the assembly. I was quite pleased to find a Honda adapter pipe and block off cap, which I assembled and inserted into the gas supply line from the fuel pump. It held- no problem and no leaks = no fires under the hood. Now I am sure it will meet my needs and be easily used the next time. Quality is sufficient for a DIY former dealership mechanic that keeps his hand under the hood to make sure he still has what it takes.

Great For the Price, but Buyer Beware.
For my money, this is a great tool. I'm a master tech and I have used several cleaning systems. Including the CarbonClean system ($5000 machine). This system is simple and straight forward for me. I bought this to do our own vehicles and occasional jobs for friends. My surprise, the regulator on mine is actually of decent quality. Also it's easy to replace when it breaks. Now the beware part: As several reviews mentioned, you will need to replace the air inlet. Don't bother looking for instructions, there are none. I'm sure there are instructions for similar systems online. Since almost all these systems work the same way, you can transfer them to the specifics of this system. If you have never done this before, you might struggle for a bit. Look for and fix all leaks before starting. The valve and the fitting was where mine was loose and leaking from. Tightened them up and leaks were fixed. Be sure to relieve ALL the pressure from the can before disconnecting. There is a white plastic "Teflon" seal on the adapters that screw into the pressure test ports. If you are not careful they will fall out when you disconnect. Make sure you look out for that.Past those, I do recommend this system. For the price it's hard to beat.

It works as described
My order arrived damaged, but the gave me a couple of options and solve the issue quickly. There is only one thing to consider, the air quick connect fitting at the item is not the typical US connection. But it can easily be replaced for whatever air connector you prefer.

Good product, minimal instructions
I am a mechanic and it took me a minute to figure out how to properly use it without causing damage to the motorBut once you figure it out, it_ fairly easyBetter instructions, possibly with some descriptive picture would help others

Has flaws, but can_ be beat for the price.
I can_ argue with the quality for the price. But you do have to replace the air fitting to a standard North American male fitting. I hosed the installed fitting down with brake cleaner to break down the glue they used and then removed it with a wrench. Don_ use the air pressure gauge on the unit either. Just adjust the air flow on the compressor itself and then max out the gauge on the unit. I couldn_ get the gauge to work properly on the unit itself. Given the price, it wasn_ a big deal. Watch a YouTube video to learn how to use it. Though it had flaws, I_ still giving it five stars, since it_ a quarter the price of the mainstream units.
