I didn't like the operation of this product. To be honest, this product is very bad. To use for various types of work, it is super complicated to make the changes. Terrible

Works great for the office and mailroom. Used it for restocking boxes of copy paper, cases of water/soft drinks, etc.

Although I love the product, I ordered 2 of them and can only use 1 due to 1 not retracting. I believe it's stuck and doesn't release properly.

Shipping is terrible. Said it was out for delivery for almost a week. Customer service kept saying it coming today. Then the same the next day . Only order of you have a lot of time to wait

It’s a good solid hand truck for the do it your selfers like my self all I needed was some bongy cords and I was good so easily to move stuff around without the need to disassemble or a helper ..

Complete junk. Broken parts and missing hardware I wrote warranty department and all they wanted was pictures of the part that was broken did that and kept saying they couldn't tell what was broken. Can't send pictures of missing hardware. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Great hand truck. Good price and speedy delivery. We should not have a stinking word count requirement for a review that benefits you and takes effort on my part after paying you a fair price for a product. Will not leave any further reviews if this requirement stands in the future.
