We have a 4 step and our friends have a 5 step. We both are quite pleased. Great design, nice and wide, exactly as described. I only offer 4 stars only because I see a little spot of rust on it but we haven’t had it long enough to know if that’s an issue.

Shipped fast well packaged. Hardware could use a bit of an upgrade as far as Teflon washers which I added to minimize friction and a better lock pin for keeping upright out of the water. Very pleased overall with how easily it installed to my dock

Instructions would've been nice. Mounting screws need to be longer. Nylon lock nuts to avoid ladder assembly loosinging.

we installed it on a swim platform - easier to use than our others with only 4 steps - so I love that!
