It arrived on time. site seems legit. Item has to be returned but came as described, but wasn't going to work wee for my needs.

Great purchase. Makes it so easy to get in and out of the water. The railing has a lot of movement, but stable to use.

Could have used more washers on both sides. Pictures in instructions were hard to see where to put the washers.

Putting the ladder together was not super complicated but it's really important to make sure every thing is tightened after putting it together or it will feel very flimsy. I think for the price, it's a decent ladder.

Love them! We are using them to get up on pool deck. My husband is a big guy and they are perfect !!

I have added these steps and rails to my camper. They are perfect! Now we can safely enter and exit our camper.

Assembling the dock ladder from the kit provided very easy. I would recommend the provision of a spring washer for each nut and bolt. That aside it’s a great product for anyone with a disability that has trouble climbing into my boat such as myself. Assembling requires two of your own size 13 ring spanners or a 13 socket and one 13 ring spanner.

Inspected upon arrival looks sturdy and well built won't be using it until April put back in box.
