Sturdy steps, railing a little shakes but overall a great product.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, nice looking, likely durable! And at this price point I would certainly buy it again!

This dock ladder came very well packaged, as every piece was wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. Assembly was quick. Unlike a lot of products like this, the tools necessary for assembly did not come with the dock ladder. Typically, I have my own tools, but I was away from home when I assembled this. It is Ironic, as I always think it is such a waste that everything like this comes with wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., but this was the time I actually needed it! (I didn't reduce my rating because of this; just want readers to know to bring your own tools!). The ladder itself works well and seems sturdy enough, such that it should last for many seasons.

Simple to assemble and attach. Sturdy.

These were easy to put together and look nice. We are using these on the shore of our lake so the grandkids can get in and out easier. Unfortunately the railings are wobbly, no matter how much we tighten them. Otherwise these are great.

We are using these from our boardwalk to the dock. Easy to install just need to add washers to make the railings more stable.

Good value for the money spent. Quality construction. Only drawback is the steps need to be at least 6\", they are currently 4\"...

Disliked the narrow & rough steps. Two of us had to assemble it!

VEVOR products are always pretty relieable, and this ladder is no different. The stair treads are wide enough and spaced far enough to accomodate even the largest feat. Everything in the kit assembles without too much of an issue. The aluminum itself is a sturdy quality grade and with the corrigations in the finish is truly non-slip. OVERALL - Important to me is that it only weighs about 20 lbs. so it's easy to install even by yourself. Keeper!
