high quality straight forward install instructions however i installed on wood wood have been nice if it came with lag bolts

Arrived very quickly, I have used it for a month or so with absolutely no problems at all. Easy assembly

Easy to install and easy to use. I needed this more than I thought and have used it often airing up bike tires, car tires, ebike tires and pool toys. Wow! I even use it to blow out dirt, dust out of crevices in my car. Glad I got this.

Has held up well to daily use. It seems like it should last a long time.

It does not leak air. My only complaint is that sometimes I have to pull it several times to get the ratchet to lock, but maybe after I learn it a little better that won’t be an issue. But really, I gave it 5 starts because I am loving it. So nice to have my air hose up off the floor and easily retractable. I hung mine from my garage ceiling and I’m able to pull it to any point in the garage and driveway. Glad I pulled the trigger and bought it.

Installation was straight-forward. One tip: When you screw in the metal bracket, if it is tilted then the whole wheel will lean \"downhill\" when not in use. So, if you *want* it to hang left or right when not in use (which was desirable for me to get it out of the way, then just put that bracket in a bit less than level...

Suggest you have an assistant while you mount it to the wall or ceiling, it’s that heavy. For some reason it comes with anchors to mount to concrete but not to wood. Superior quality.

In the course of organizing my garage, the air hose went from a rack on the wall to the floor to make room for the shelving. So I bought this reel and hung it from the rafters and connected the air hose to it. I've only had it a couple months so not sure how long it will last, but if I don't abuse it, should make it many years. My only gripe is if you let it retract too fast the hose stacks up on one side and jams against the top frame. So, I take a few extra seconds to make sure the hose layers as it should. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the reel and hose and it comes with just about everything you need to install it. I would definitely buy it again.
