Shipped out quickly, Easy to put together. works as advertised. Only issue is the ball stack does not have enough holes for adjustment - May need to drill an extra hole, but not a real issue.

I placed order this item May 2024. Still didn't get order and did not get refund. I contacted several times about this order what I'm getting only reject for refund or resend this item. It's not only this item of delivery I had. Some order came 1/2 part, other order boxes was broken, other item late, some came broken, was also rusted item. And much more. As I'm not working as my health and hoping get my refund . I will repost review when going be final result

The dolly does not perform as promised. It mounts so loose that it is unusable. Technical Support and Customer Service are effectively useless. Working on returning it for a refund so it can be replaced with a functional product.

I need the other ball that came with the unit, however they cross threaded the one they installed. I took nearly an hour to get it out and the other one in. I’ll probably never be able to change it again. The directions aren’t clear as to what the little collar is for, but it bent badly. Had I not been in a bind to get this trailer moved, I may have returned it for a new one.

This trailer dolly is practically worthless. The dolly is very unstable and when attempting to turn my 18 foot boat, the dolly tilts dangerously. After trying to make this work several times, including with mechanically oriented friends, I have made multiple attempts to arrange a return, all unsuccessful. Customer service reps keep asking for more detailed descriptions about the problems - what more can I say than "it tips when turning"? I have sent pictures and videos of my problems. Adding to the difficulty is that now the chain drive slips. I am wondering two things: 1) did I get a returned item since it came assembled and many reviews address product assembly and 2) Does Vevor mix all reviews of their multiple trailer dollies all together? I now have an offer to accept a 25% discount on a product that barely works. Very disappointing!!

Helped us move a 20ft enclosed Wells Cargo trailer in our back yard. Definitely took 2 people to do especially when we got onto the grass.

Received the dolly and was missing the bracket and hardware for the caster wheel. Contacted customer service via chat and they were able to ship me the missing pieces. Completed assembly and went to use the first time and bent the handle in the process. The handle is made to only withstand downward pressure when lifting the trailer. Once I attempted to push the trailer with the handle it folded over/bent. Handle is poorly designed and it took me having to weld it along the bracket to make it functional for both pulling and pushing trailer around. Not sure if bad design counts as poor quality so I rated it good quality because the rest of the product is good and a good value.

This tool may be useful if the ground or concrete is 100% totally flat. I bought this to help maneuver my 16' aluminum boat in the alley behind my house but it's 100% useless and has been sitting in my garage ever since I bought it. I'd return it if I could. I kept the box but the only help I get from the company is they want a video as to what it's doing. I LIVE ALONE.... so that is nearly impossible for me to do. My advise, don't waste your money. Now I have to figure out a way to sell it to recoup what money I can. If you have money to throw away it's maybe worth a try. If you're living check to check like most don't waste your time or money
