Dolly is well built and useful. I chose this one because of the larger tires and its load capacity. Why I said "almost" in the headline is that the dolly doesn't work so well on gravel. It's likely that ALL dollies of this type are like that; but this one has a smaller tire on the front unlike some of the others. When pulling my utility trailer on soft gravel, this front tire would dig in and make it harder to move the trailer. So I removed the front tire and now it pulls easier. Still takes much more effort than if the dolly and trailer were on concrete or asphalt, but it is now doable.Something else I do is to leave the trailer jack down and use the dolly to raise up the trailer hitch. That way if I get tired of pulling or the trailer starts to get away from me, I can raise up the handle on the dolly and let the trailer back down on the jack.
