this cart is the epitome of functional/structural integrity.
I had an idea I would need this cart for a camping/kayak trip on a seven-day camping/kayaking trip to a lake, and I was right. The lake level was down...a lot... the bank was steep and covered with small boulders, rocks and what is known as rip rap. the cart functioned as I needed taking the kayak down to the lake, and at the end of my stay, it was this cart that allowed me to haul my kayak back to level ground. If the cart had smaller wheels or lighter structure, this would not have happened. If you need a kayak cart that is going to perform when you need it, this is the one!

It’s just ok
The main issue is the keepers on the axles. They have little to no resistance to stay In place The wheels fell off at least 5 times during assembly I think this can be remedied with a strategically placed zip tie to keep them engaged. The pedestal pieces are a little difficult to snap into place but other than that it seems decent and fairly heavy duty for the price point. Those axle keepers are hot garbage at best tho

Wow! Excellent.
Very high quality heavy duty kayak cart. Easy to assemble and disassemble for storage. Makes moving my 106 lb kayak simple. I highly recommend this for people with the heavier pedal drive kayaks.

Use fir a Oldtown sportmens 120 pdl
Very sturdy cart. Works perfectly for my sportsman pdl 120. I didn't want to spend the money on the wilderness systems cart and this one is almost exactly the same but comes with a kickstand. I don't even need to strap the kayak to the cart. I transport my kayak fully loaded over all types of terrain and it's held up with zero issues. I would buy this cart again 100%

Solid for the price
I just received my yak trolley. Setup was simple, I didnt even need the directions. The item was packaged nicely and everything was in good shape. I have not actually used it yet to bring it to the water. I have, however, set my yak on it it rolled it around my driveway and it worked flawlessly. It feels like a solid build, no loose parts, and carrries the yak like a champ. We will see how it holds up, but it will only be used for short trips from the truck to the water, no crazy off path travelling. I am using this for my 3 Waters big fish 120, which weighs in at 100 lbs, not including grear.

Awesome carrier
My old carrier is a small traditional folding aluminum one which served me fine with a small kayak. I got a bigger kayak now (Old Town PDL120) and the old one didn't work as well. This carrier has larger and wider wheels, an adjustable width, and pretty good tie down straps. Great quality for the price. Very smooth, and easy to pull or push kayak. Highly recommend.

Don’t hesitate, BUY IT !
Took it out to Couchville lake in middle Tennessee and I was not expecting it to work so well, placed the dolly right in the middle of my Yak, completely easy to transport to the water, should have bought this long ago, definitely a back saver, I’m in my middle 50’s and moving my 70# kayak has been interesting until now, SUPER EASY with this dolly … WORTH EVERY PENNY

Big sturdy cart at a reasonable price.
Solid cart, exactly what I needed. I've been using a landing gear on my 200lbs kayak but it sits so far back that I end up carrying most of the weight up front. With this cart, I can center it and distribute the weight evenly. I weighed the front handle and it's down to 11lbs using this cart. I'm about a 1/2 mile walk on a paved road away from the nearest lake. Time will tell how this cart holds up pulling the yak roundtrip.

BIG
While assembling this cart it just continued to grow in size. Once assembled I realized the standard hard wheels would be more practical for my uses. Now I need to determine HOW to haul this unit.
