Good cast iron griddle for induction stoves.

Good non stick surface for sourdough hotcakes. Great for induction stoves.

Works perfectly over the large oval burner now common on most stoves.

It can be used on a high BTU round burner. Heat transfer is very good.

Good quality—not great for glass top stove.

Because of the edge it stays raised off the glass top stove. Had to return but would be excellent for gas range.

Came in a little rusty, but I cured it and it work

Bought it used.

It should come with instructions on how to cure it . Or come with a curing kit.
