Apartment grill goods
To all the negative reviews, cast iron needs nurturing, with curing and taking care cleaning and curing, again. I have had this for months now, and can have grilled steak (and as pictured, fish) in a NYC apartment. For the price, it is solid.

Make sure you season it before first use
I cooked burgers on the flat side and they released easily with a perfectly crispy finish. It’s important to wash, dry and re-oil the pan so it will be ready to cook on next time.

easier to use than large grill
had bought large separate grill than had to be pulled out and plugged in, love this one so much easier use a lot more, leave grill marks on meat.
