Cooking on bbq grill great

Exactly what I wanted to put on my gas grill in place of the grill plates that eventually corrode. This grill plate is heavy and heats up quickly. I can rotate to grill with ridges and flip over to grill without. This is a good buy. Easy to clean. I just grilled blackened fish the with ridges and steak on the flat side. Both were delicious, especially the blacked fish.

I just got it Seasoned it again with bacon grease Nice and heavy Works great on my propane cooker

It is better to preseason the griddle regardless of factory seasoning

Very nice made griddle and a good size for outside cooking.

Pros: Works and fits on my gas cooktop. The build quality is sturdy and grills steaks as it is meant to do. Cons,: I bought this to cook steaks. Compared to a pan it makes less of a mess but cleanup is bad. It is heavy too. The steaks will stick and make a little mess so you will have to figure out how to clean it quickly. However it protects from splatter.
