Works well and easy to put together and to use.

Very easy to use! I had previously purchased a different set that got stuck in my chimney. Highly recommend this set for anyone who wants to clean their chimney without getting on the roof. Has saved me hundreds of dollars compared to hiring a sweep. Only downside is that it is clearly not a durable as a professional set.

I found this product to be easy to assemble, use, disassemble and clean. It did not disappoint in its ability to completely clean our chimney. We can rest easy knowing that our chimney will not have dangerous creosote residue.

Was able to sweep the chimney in about 10 minutes without going on the roof! Tip- save a piece of cardboard to tape to your chimney pipe. Cut out a hole in the cardboard for a shopvac to vacuum all the soot that falls and another small hole for the device

After trying to sweep my chimney with a traditional chimney brush and rods, which required a treacherous climb on a steep roof, I unknowingly swept only a small portion of creosote from the chimney which caused a chimney fire that night! Scary! After much reading and searching I decided to try this method. I was able to completely clean out all the creosote (about three times the amount from my original sweep) from inside the house. No climbing on the roof, no ladders, and using the plastic sheeting provided, not much mess in the house. I do recommend this device.
