I received the heater and the handle was broken. I'm sure it happened in shipping. checked the function of the heater and it does work.

Worth every penny. It's not a full featured unit but it certainly performs well. It is solidly built. The only negative I can speak of is that it is billed as an 8KW heater. There is no such thing. It is a 5KW that is overfueled to be called 8KW. Any purchaser should just consider this a 5KW and run it no higher than @ H5. I like it enough that I purchased a second one.

Has many advantages over other heaters. Diesel easier to get than other fuels. Remote control so you don't have to stand in the cold while igniting other types of heaters. Don't have to worry about using to much electricity because it automatically shuts down when the fuel is depleted. And it is microprocessor controlled to let you know any issues. Would expect to pay way more. The price is almost like giving them away !

Thanks for the rapid delivery, only took 4 days to get to Pennsylvania. I bought it as a gift so I have not assembled or used the heater yet. I can't comment on any function or quality as it will remain boxed through Christmas.

Got this to heat my 10x12 canvas tent for a recent hunting trip. First night was a learning experience as I did not have the fuel tank full and heater shut down at 2am and 8⁰f outside and 20⁰f in the tent. Lesson learned "fill the tank before bed".After that the next 6 nights went very well. Ran on medium setting and kept tent at about 60⁰f all night on about 3/4 tank of fuel.Instructions for this are terrible but there are tons of information on YouTube and Facebook groups to get past that. Ran it on a 55amp 12v battery with 100w solar panel to charge during the day

I put one in 2 semi trucks so far and they have saved us tons of money due to not having to idle for heat. Saving wear and tare on the engine and saving money! I’ve bought 4 total in the last year and am eager to install the other 2 into the other semi trucks we have so we can continue to save.

The basic assembly and installation was easy. But getting the remote to pair up was a nightmare. No way to contact the company, POOR instructions.. We ended up searching YouTube to find what to do. It still took over a week to figure it out.
