The weather station works very well although I have never been able to connect with my computer. I'm not that talented with the internet.

Was easy to setup. Found weather underground account to be the better daily option. I'm in the tropics and solar/UV readings are great. LCD screen is great in my office to see just how hot it is outside. Mine will go up high on the rear of my shed for good rain & wind readings.

Setting up was a little difficult due to wifi requirement. Never did see the \"controls screen\" I was suppose to see.

I haven't installed the weather station as yet as I have read the instructions and found then a little complex as I have had weather stations before and they weren't so technical to install I don't won't to have it logged into the internet. Can it just be installed without connecting it to Web sites. Question: does it have to be installed at 1.8 metre as I need it higher to get wind and other readings as my fenches are over 1.8 mtr high. The quality is good, I just need to keep it simple for my own records.

Good quality at a great price. This is clearly the best weather station available for home users. It has all the features of the more expensive units at a much lower price.

Love the indoor screen, it is easily viewable and the dimming settings are nice. Fits right in on a bookshelf/desk. The power adapter was a problem with my first unit, so Vevor replaced it. The outdoor unit was real easy to install and activate. We'll see how it holds up. Indications seem to agree with weather stations around my neighborhood and quality instruments on the ground. No issues there. Direct sunlight, outdoor temp reading is still correct. The solar panel is a bit too small to stay on top of Pacific Northwest Winters. I may have to add a larger panel to get through the winters. I just had to pull the unit down and remove the battery for charging. I likely wouldn't buy again given the solar charging issues, but the rest of the instrument seems to be working well. I expect no issues during the summer.

This no name w/ half fake looking manufacturer page surprised me. I was expecting to be missing something in the packaging or the instructions to be incoherent Chenglish. I was wrong and this thing was a snap to put together. Also had it hooked up to weather underground in a few minutes. Now I finally have accurate weather for my area. The people who say this is hard to setup probably couldn't set up a printer, wifi router, TV, or really anything electronic in their life (because they are unable to push through that frustration to learn how something works). If you are one of those people...either learn some patience or go pay someone tech savvy to do it for you.

For the cost it is a great station. The range of the wireless is a bit impressive as I was able to put it an acre away and still has a decent signal. The only issue I had with it was the screw for the wind direction would not tighten down, though a spot of superglue fixed that easy enough. Only reason it got a 4 star.
