I still haven't had a chance to use them yet, as I have been stuck for time. Having said that, the packaging was good/ arrived in great condition, and the crucible was actually a little bigger than what I was expecting. Very impressed.

My Vevor Smelter arrived super quick and was well packaged, no chance of getting damaged. It was easy to assemble and everything fitted together perfectly. I fired it up and made a small gold brick no problems. I have bought other items from Vevor and they have all been quality made professional equipment and at a reasonable price. Glad I found them!!

Very nice, easy to setup, wool insulation not sealed but there is a liquid or rock set that can be easily added. Will have to make a lifter and pouring handel as the tongs will not work for this. Assume the tongs are for adding metal to crumble in smelter. Much better than trying to build furnace for cost.

While opening the shipping box first thing I noticed was the quality of the finish, very impressive. I have done several smelts with the furnace and it works very well. I have a couple of tips for the best results during your first smelt: * apply an insulation spray on coating to help protect the insulation from spattering material during smelting, * propane bottles 5 gallon and smaller should be set in a bucket of warm water to minimize the freezing of the propane bottle during long smelts.

This furnace really rocks! Unlike previously purchased furnaces though, it did not come with foundry cement. Fortunately I had some on hand to coat the inside of the furnace. I like this unit because I can easily reach the crucible with the provided tongs.

Handle sucks

The furnace as a whole is fine, it does what it’s supposed to. My problem with it was the tops handle melted off on the first burn and the fire brick cracked and fell apart as well. Other then that, it was a great bargain for the price

Easy to use, works as advertised, been using this for almost 2 years to melt down aluminum cans into ingots and it does a great job, melts them nice and quick, and its still in really great shape.
