Because of shipping the item comes assembled with the magnet face up, at least I'm assuming. Therefore, we had to disassemble and reassemble with the magnet facing the correct direction. Would have been nice to know upon ordering and possibly some sort of warning, advisement, or instructions in the box. Thankfully we're all mechanically inclined and wasn't a major issue. Just would have been nice to know up front.

This little unit works well to augment my house evap cooler. I use it in my bathroom because it has a small footprint. I only wish it had a larger reservoir so I could leave it on cooling mode for more than 3 hours.

This is a very powerful fan. It has several speeds to choose from, it oscillates, it has a timer, and you can also add ice/cold water to cool your room down even quicker. I worry about running it dry so at night I add ice and then set the timer and forget about it. It works great!

I've had various cooling fans before but this one really is really good. Some things are just worth the extra little money to have it be very functional. There is a space in my house that just doesn't ever get air because it's an addition that was made. We put this right by the entry to circulate the air and it works really well. It's the first oscillating cooling fan I've owned and certainly the first one that came with its own cooling packs. I've found that it doesn't need to be frozen all the time, but if I freeze it during the day and use it in the evening it works well throughout the night. I'm happy with this purchase and with it being on a prime day deal, will be purchasing one more.

My husband hung this magnet from the front of his tractor. There’s been a lot of construction over the years on the 5 acres. Thus far he’s picked up about 27 pounds is nails, etc. Haven’t had any flays from nails since we got it.

Works good, but has to be very close to the ground to pickup metal.
