We bought two of these for our concession trailer. They were well made, and packaged with integrity in mind. They have a stiff opening and closing, but it's a good thing for a trailer. Don't want to make it easy to break into the trailer or the window itself to break. Easy to install on our trailer. These don't fall apart or have weak spots.

Very nice window. Easy to install. My only complaint would be the packaging, when the window arrived al 4 corners were bent due to I assume rough shipping conditions. I would say just to add some more protection inside the box. Other than that It is a fantastic product and we will be ordering again.

I bought three of doors for a vending trailer project, all three doors arrived with corner damage. Since I was under a deadline, worked with vendor and we came to an agreement. Long store short, be prepared to fix damaged corners as the way they are package it is bound to happen. Doors work great, highly recommend, but again, shipping.

The window itself is nice and installed easily. I did however have some difficulty with the product arriving with bent corners. Not a huge deal as the customer service was great. Would reccommend.

Overall great, easy install in our concession trailer and it seals nicely, item did arrive with a damaged corner but I was able to straighten it out.
