Really a good buy in my opinion. I ended up drilling some additional mounting holes in the frame, caulked some areas and cut drainage grooves on the outside of the bottom rail since water gets into the bottom rail and may make its way inside the walls. Not sure why they didn't think of it, like standard window makers do. Otherwise it's quite good quality. It arrived well packaged all the way to Alaska. The dimensions were spot on (internal big part of the frame, without the flange) the white color seems oure white, not bluish like some of the other accessories one may buy.

As you can see in all the pictures that’s the damage I’m very disappointed about this situation I was expecting better I want a refund.

It’s stated that it requires a glass but mine came with it. I have not installed it yet but happy so far, I may order the 60x36
