I got a direct refurbished/open-box kind of unit and it's been good overall. I recommend running it dry on 90C max for a first use to get rid of any smells from the packaging and factory. My gripes are pretty minor:1. the steel is not ferromagnetic, not sure why maybe aluminum alloy? NBD but i thought I'd be able to use some magnets on it : /2. the plastic film that comes over the metal to protect it from scratches/smudges is really annoying to remove and it was only partially covering mine because it was an open box unit. The film was also underneath the rubber feet and some screw heads so I would have to take it apart a bit to get it all off (OCD showing here). The drip tray also came with a film like this that was very troublesome to remove with the film actually crimped into the tray's edges.3. the drip tray is slightly too small, ideally it would be bigger or the same size as the racks themselves but it has a lot of room around the sides and front/back. from what i could measure i think this tray could be ~28.5 x 21cm or less or 11.25 x 8.25 in or less but i haven't found a good tray online that will fit perfectly yet...4. the rack trays themselves are actually 8" almost exactly, maybe a hair more/less; they're not 8.66in like the description, images and answers show on this amazon listing. This really has very little impact unless you need to order more trays or something custom and think the listing has correct dimensions.
