Able to run 5 lbs of sliced jerky at a time, have easily produced a 100 lbs of jerky since purchasing this guy. Everyone this has been recommended to has been phenomenal. So far it is working fine. The quality seems good and simple to use. It came with a recipe book that doesn't appear to belong with this machine. The recipe book calls for many temperature settings under 95°. This machine only goes as low as 95°. So setting time and temp will be guess work.

Generally speaking they make / sell very good stuff. I have bought a lot of tools and they all work very well. I did buy a tank that had a problem and lost a couple hundred dollars of freon. So look at your stuff carefully I'll be seeing that wasn't put together correctly. But I would recommend vevor.

Solid stainless steel frame. 10 Wire racks. Very quiet fan motor. Most things dehydrated evenly throughout without re-positioning racks. Great home dehydrater for a very affordable price. Things tend to stick to the racks, so work is involved to remove food. Still trying to figure a way to eleiminate that work.

Very well made. Easy to use. Came packaged very well, no dents,scratches or any mars. Dehydrated some venison Berger into jerky and it worked great. Also dried fruit. Very pleased. Would definitely buy again or recommend to a family member or friend.
