hello, the hydrator is a nice size. A few issues with the product. The directors are very incomplete. It states not to let anything dip on the coils.. so I asked a question in the chat how do we stop this. She stated: Based on the typical operation of food dehydrators like the one you linked, there is no need to keep the coil wet. In fact, food dehydrators work by circulating hot air to remove moisture from food items, which means that keeping the coil wet would interfere with its function, there fore if it get wet by any liquid distiled it will get dry as per the hot temperaturer of the machine so you dont have to worry abut this. Maybe the directions should tell you this. next they give you four tray covers for a ten tray the dehydrator. NO where in the selling description does it say you get these. they also dont sell them. I suggest fixing your direction and giving more information on what comes with the product.

Overall the machine works great. No complaints. Great! For fruit, meat, making croutons. Wouldn't hesitate to send one as a gift

This is a wonderful little dehydrator, it is small and looks nice sitting on the counter, so I use it frequently for drying leftover fresh herbs and vegetable scraps for future use, if i am not going to be able to use the veg fast enough I simply throw it in the dehydrator, nor more wasted produce. Yet it is large enough to handle a full batch of homemade dog treats. The airflow is powerful and the digital timer and temperature settings make it simple to use. It has quickly became a kitchen favorite.

This thing is the bomb! Large capacity. Timer with auto shut off works great! I was able to dry 12 lbs of bananas in one batch and they turned out perfectly

Works great! Cost was perfect. I do a lot of beef jerky and the fact that you have a temp to adjust makes it so much easier. I think ill buy another one soon!
