First off, this is good value for all you receive. The metal is a lighter gauge than the commercial pans I've previously worked with in restaurants, but still sturdy enough for occasional household use. The edges are sharp! I cut my finger on one while unboxing the set. Nothing major, but it did bleed. I'm considering taking 1000 grit sandpaper to all the edges to prevent myself from any more \"leaks\". Overall, these will fill my need for feeding a crowd a half dozen times a year.
