I can't give a review on how this saw works, as when I attempted to start it, it would not run. After looking into the saw, I found the was no spark getting to the spark plug. After contacting VEVOR customer service, I was given instructions to watch a short video on the operation of the saw, which I did. I had already done all of that. I have had many chainsaws over the years, Currently own a BIG name brand saw. This saw was going to be my backup saw and the saw I would carry with me on my tractor. Customer service was quite prompt in getting back to me, and after exhausting their efforts, offered and started the proceeding to give me a full refund. Customer service is fantastic, although some slight communication barriers, but great nonetheless. As far as the saw... I liked it, liked the tools and accessories that came with it, but with it not starting I cannot accurately rate it. Perhaps I got the rare oddity that was messed up. I guess I will not know.
