Falling apart after two years of salon use

Mostly decent. We have two, and we have used ours for 2 years every day in a grooming salon. I can now review this item properly. We love this tub but there are some flaws. 1. The door hardware will rust. Ours has rusted so bad the wheels and track fell off our door and it doesn’t slide or stay in place anymore. We have two of these tubs and both doors have rusted. Hardware on grate rusts as well. 2. Faucet handle is a nightmare. It is leaking after 2 years, we are having to find a replacement quickly and no where carries them locally so you have to order. It’s also a flip up handle so dogs back into it and shut the water off while you’re bathing. 3. You must replace the sprayer immediately so go ahead and order that when you order this. They include a sink sprayer, and it does not have enough pressure to bathe a dog properly. 4. Steps are also garbage. The track tore up pretty immediately, we just don’t even try anymore. The tub itself is great 😂 just none of its working parts are quality.

Not the greatest quality. Items where damaged and broken once I removed parts from the contailer. Cheap quality drain outlet and material thickness especially for the price. Overall it makes washing our four legged family member easier to bathe.

So far the wash tub seems well made. The only real problem that we are running onto is the steps. They are made nice and sturdy however, the steps move to freely under the pressure of the dog trying to get in them. They needed to make the tracks with a drop in the track for the bearings to sit down into when in use. The plumbing of the tub really is not difficult. The company provides the basics for water hook up. Depending on the water supply you may have to get some adapters or buy longer hoses that work with your water supply. So far I am very impressed with the tub.

Just got my unit installed and is working great. 80# Labrador walked right up the stairs. The bottom of the tub "oil-cans" a little -- so I need to wedge a block in at the bottom at the crossmember. There are -Zero- instructions-- luckily I'm handy. Sidebar... be ready to spend an hour PEELING the protective sheet plastic off of ALL of the smooth stainless steel panels. Very time consuming. If you're not handy with teflon tape, plumber fittings and the like, hire a competent plumber to install the H & C water lines. The braided stainless steel water pigtails are 24" long--- but standard twist valve spigots are 3/4" hose line fittings and do NOT match up. An hour at a local ACE hardware for extension washer lines and fitting. $100 more total. No leaks or drips so far. The single lever US-type shower valve is light duty... I hope it lasts. Overall nice unit. My fit and finish was really nice. DCN-Maryland USA.

Lacks assembly instructions

Tub itself is decent for the price. There were NO step by step instructions on how to assemble the tub; thankfully my husband is mechanically able to figure it out. The page that lists parts was written in" broken" English. Our main frustration regards the shipping. It took nearly a month to receive it, as it had to be transferred to different shippers who weren't equipped to deliver to a residence.
