Product easy to install and works beautifully. Installation into my caravan took around 4 hours. Recommend 2kw unit for small caravan to 24 ft van

So my heater just arrived today. THE GOOD: It is currently running and being used to heat a work room I have back in my garage. It takes a few minutes to heat up as expected, but is doing a decent job and is actually very quiet. Actually I find the loudest part of operation to be a click sound from the fuel pump each time it pushes fuel. It isn't loud but because it is a repeated sound, I do notice it if there is no music playing or other sounds. I normally have music or something playing back there so that isn't an issue. THE BAD: Take the cover off your heater when it arrives and inspect yours when it arrives! I am glad I did with mine because I immediately found several issues. It looks like after the (green) fuel line was attached to the tank, the line was pulled down tight so it could be attached to the lower heater part. There is plenty of fuel line but because it was pulled down like that and stayed that way for who knows how long - there was a permanent kink in the fuel line on my heater. I had to go to a local hardware store to get new tubing. The power / control lines that run into the heater component rest against the outer cover. If you look closely you can see that just from the vibration of shipping etc. it had already worn through the outer most sleeve of insulation. Not an immediate issue but I did wrap this in some high quality electrical tape just to make sure the main insulation on the red wire (normally denotes POWER line) didn't get rubbed through. Not shown but there is a square cut-out in the metal between the top (where fuel, fuel pump, display is) and the bottom half where the heater proper is located. The fuel line and that power line, both shown in the other pictures, run through that hole. The edges of that square hold / punch out were SHARP. Let me put it this way, those edges are sharp enough that when I rubbed my finger across them I cut my finger (not badly but still). I ended up taking some aquarium air hose, split it down the center, and put it on the edges so I won't have to worry about the fuel or power lines vibrating against it and ending up shorting or causing a fuel leak. So in the end I am giving a 5 on value and ease of use (in general). Features is only 4 stars but then again, I did get the basic version. Quality is only a 3 and that isn't so much overall quality or how long I believe the unit will last but more about the issues I discovered and had to correct before first use.

Installation and startup went smooth, instructions are basic, so YouTube was my friend. The lowest manual setting saw the temp 100C at the hot air outlet. I am in a 5th wheel in Alberta, I will update in a month.

Works great il buy another like having the ability to start it in the garage and start warming up before I go out

Working good but bluetooth not connected to the app. Without bluetooth i think will be better.

Installé dans un foot-truck, nous n'aurons pas froid c'est certain, le potentiel de chauffe est vraiment impressionnant. L'application Bluetooth est simple et la portée est excellente, je peux lancer le chauffage depuis chez moi un moment avant d'aller travailler pour qu'il fasse chaud quand j'arrive c'est vraiment sympa. Par contre l'application ne permet pas d'entrer dans la programmation. Je m'explique, le chauffage fonctionne de deux façons différente selon votre choix. Premier mode vous choisissez une puissance de chauffe de 1 à 10 et le chauffage fonctionne plus ou moins fort (un peu comme un sèche cheveux qui aurait 10 vitesses). Le deuxième mode permet de mettre une température de consigne et le chauffage, qui est équipé d'une sonde, va monter la pièce à cette température (enfin en principe car pour le tester je l'ai réglé sur 18° et il faisait 24° dans mon food truck, le chauffage continuait à envoyer de l'aire chaud comme si il était en mode 1, je pense qu'il ne peux pas s’arrêter complétement). Par contre pour régler l'heure, la minuterie, et tous les autres paramètres l'application ne permet pas de le faire, il faut le faire avec les 4 boutons sur le chauffage et la.... personnellement je galère un peu, j'ai l'impression que la correspondance n'est pas la bonne avec le manuel (uniquement en anglais), j'ai trifouillé un peu à taton mais sans trop savoir ce que je faisais par moment. Si j'arrive à tout comprendre je ferai une vidéo explicative sur youtube car vraiment ça n'est pas évident. Pour résumer je ne suis pas mécontent de mon achat, mais une notice en français bien détaillé ou une application qui permet de tout gérer serait vraiment un plus.

Started up normally the first time, however on subsequent starts it smokes badly and errors out. It will start after being reset and eventually runs fine after warming up. NOTE THE FOLLOWING. I have an extra long exhaust and my installation is abnormal in many ways. I suspect that the smoking is due to my own skulduggery which is NOT the fault of the equipment. My 4 star is only because the instructions are really minimal. At $90.00 I may order a second one just to see how it works and for parts.
