The box arrived with the packaging tape split and I never thought much about it. A week later, I opened the box to assemble the unit and use it. That’s when I found out that all the assembly parts were missing and the bottom handle didn’t have the holes fully punched through. I opened a support ticket and after close to a week I gave up. Don’t buy this product until Vevor fix their packaging and their support.
